Bug description: hi , i was in raid with my warrior today , tos hc . after we killed the first boss i used a seal . and insted of 915+ item ,it gaves me a 890 shoulder . u can see in the screen shot . and this week i did just tos hc with my warrior u can check it in our guild history that every body get 915 + and only i got 890 .
and about a week ago ive got a legendary with my priest , but my bags were full , so the item was mailed to me 910 . now there is no quest to change item from 910 to 940 its only 940 to 970
