Bug description:
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/frXQlUC here is where i use Vantus rune and i got 1500 Versa and this buff is for Nythendra from Emerald NightMare and i am on Tos...

https://imgur.com/a/ysCU92j here i did log out and the Rune has disapper from my buffs but 1500 Versa is still +
