Bug description: all Thalyssra's id during and after Insurrection are missing rank 3 enchants recipes. I completed whole Suramar questline (11/11 + Balance of Power + Insurrection) and yet I can't buy them. Atm only ppl who is progressing on questline till Insurrection could buy it, once you complete all quests you are screwed. It's very frustrating.

Just copy this Thalyssra's id trade table to the following Thlyssra's ids:
