Bug description: The quest "A New Invention" should be available to a bm hunter once he/she reaches 110 from the Image of Mimiron NPC at the base of the bottom of the ramp to the Dalaran portal in Trueshot Lodge once you hit 110. You must speak to him first, going through a few dialogue options, before the quest will appear.
this is not yet implemented

the item "Essence Swapper" is obtainable from the quest "A New Invention" which isnt implemented yet its a 7.0 patch quest

can we please get this quest in game ...

As you've said, it is not scripted yet. When it will be scripted you'll see an announcement on the main website.
