Bug description: Cannot leave pvp mode on the character cannot get rested zone except Dalaran and cannot change the talents + need to wait everywhere 20 secound until my char is go off.

Maybe a item is cause the problem a toy or a mount idk but i stopped using toys and use another mount.

Well an Argent Tournament quest caused this very same issue for me a couple of weeks back.
In any case, try unstucking from website, and deleting cache.

The light has abandoned you!
