Crashing due to high artifact power

Hi guys, i could not post to report bug section , so i wanted to write down my problem here

i was playing with DH havoc and i had no problem with it , 4 5 days ago , it suddenly keep crashing whenever i log in to havoc , so i switched to vengeance , there was no problem after , but then i started to grind artifact power and use them the problem began again, after reaching level 40 ap knowledge , and after 300 400 mil of excess AP , i tried to use and ap item for 40m , and ta da the bug returned , now i just cant log in my Dk anymore could you help me?

maybe ur hard drive is full?

Nope its not like that , i can play with my other characters without problem. The problem is i could play at vengeance spec without problem too , but when i invest AP to vengeance , there was a point when i used a huge ap like 40m , i think i passed the threshold and it started to crash , i just cant log in my dh anymore keeps crashing. the screen freezes , mouse pointer becomes circle.

i need my artifact powers to be removed : D if a gm can make it zero , i would gladly accept that , its the solution i ve found so far. And i am certain about the problem , its ap

Please don't invent bugs, Something is wrong with your game.

Majority of people have millions/billions of artifact power and they are not crashing.

There is nothing known as a "threshold" for AP.

Well maybe you are right , something is wrong , but i can play with my alts , i just get in my dh , used to get in to havoc and now vengeance keeps me frozen too , anything i can do to solve this problem? also i am not inventing a bug , i am telling the problem about my case , not others. its not like that everyone will have that kind of problem, something is wrong so i just seeked help for it

it keeps getting frozen when i play dh what can i do to solve this problem can you help me?

Ahh and also i forgot to mention that i can't create 100 lvl trivial characters anymore , when i try to create , it gets back at character list screen nothing happens

There is a limit to trial chars per account.
