[Monk] Transcendence in PvP

Bug description: In a BG you are able to use Transendance multiple times and the before used ones wont dissapear thus making you cap flags insanely fast with using Transendance: Transfer every 30 seconds.
Proof: Just tested it in a BG, can't record since low PC

on freakz there is no despawn if you are 100 yards away from spirit...
