Bug description:

In quest line to upgrade the ordered hall i got the quest called:
(DEMONIC IMPROVEMENTS)
Not a big deal, u just need to talk wht a demon in the hall (Loramus), it tells a story and after that it opens the window to upgrade the Hall.

But it don't show the chat window, it opens the hall windows first and don't talk wht me.
So the quest is never compelte.
