[FIXED] [Mage] [Arcane] Erosion shouldn't proc from CC spells (Polymorph, etc)

Bug description: Polymoprh doesn't work properly, Erosion stacks on the target when you poly ( which is not a *Damaging* spell), so the mobs around the poly will aggro you. Also, many times the polymorphed target will follow you like a pet and poly doesn't interupt the enemy cast ( this makes mage tower for arcane extremely difficult and also you cannot use polymorph anywhere, neither in dungeon or in raid)

You can see in the images the sheep ,,casting" and the erosion stacking on the sheep, making it to take aggro from the other mobs
