[REJECTED] Quest: Rise, Champion, for Demon Hunter

Bug description: I complete the quest: Return to the Fel Hammer. I also did the quest: Things Gaardoun Needs. The problem is that I didn't do the quest between them: Rise, Champions.
I didn't recruit any champion and and my class hall menu shows only the legion map. Even if I did recruit it and didn't pay attention, The npc is not giving me the quest: Broken Warriors that is after the quest: Things Gaardoun Needs, that I complete yesterday.
I don't see the npc for the quest or any other npc to give me any quest from the class hall campaign.

It happens also to my Druid, but I found the solution.
I teleported to Dalaran using the Dalaran Heartstone walked few meters and the NPC showed up on me giving me a quest to go back to the Class hall. There I got the next quest in the quest line.
Not sure if it's a related to the level, to some idle or something else because I level up both the DH and the Druid to level 110 before I teleported back to Dalaran.
