Bug description: When you fish in those pools called "Shipwreck Debris" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=211423&&name=shipwreck-debris) basically you fish nothing, the loot is always empty and you obviously cannot complete the quest.

EDIT: I just want to clarify that my fishing skill level is 800.

As some extra info, this quest should be possible if your fishing skill level is at 1.
