Bug description: NPC doesn't give the quest to get the achievement even though i did the quest chain. (I'm aware that the achievement was completed 2 days ago, that's why i tried to do it).

I must confirm it. Whole quest chain of it is done. I did quests :

But https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=2546&&name=fleet-master-firallon is not offering the last quest - > https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=4621&&name=avast-ye-admiral

I have made some research:

With my main, I have made whole quest chain required for this achievment without losing further reputation with pirates. (that means i ended up with quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=26703&&name=bloodsail-s-end ) - then made quests:
https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=1036&&&&name=avast-ye-scallywag + https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=9272&&&&name=dressing-the-part.
The result is - I cannot receive the last quest - Avast yey Admiral! - see https://imgur.com/a/2q5PuWV (I have revered rep. with pirates and hated with Booty bay - these are the conditions to get the quest).

Now the funny part. I have taken my Alt character who never did these quests. Took flight to the pirate ship with bucaneers friendly rep. done. Duncan offered me first quest Avast ye, scallywag! and then BOOM! FIrallon offered and i completed our desired quest - see https://imgur.com/a/My5h30Q

So the result is: If you dont make quests in booty bay, you can complete Avast ye, admiral!

Can you please fix this for people who already did some quests, like me and my main - Pavouk?
