Nether Venom - when cast on shadow priest, sometimes breaks void form. The player is unable to cast Void Bolt while in void form, player is also unable to cast Void Eruption after reaching enough insanity.

Really annoying, got kicked from a key yesterday because I was doing 600k dps with this bug =(
