Bug description: To complete the Q, you should drink the item provided to get buff, kill some cultist to collect 10 q items and then combine those to throw into nearby cauldrons, but the DB doesn't have any of the items related to the quest.
This means you don't receive the potion from quest giver and can't get the buff to enable collecting the tainted essences from cultists to combine and use...
I assume the same goes for the daily version of the quest
