So T19 end T20 end soon.
Now normal player can get 930+ (935+) ilvl
But donator can 959!
SO 959(71) Vs 930(61)
1) 959 More stat more stamina+artifact %stamina / 930 no ....
2) 959 5.6-6.5 M HP / 930 4.5M-5M
3) May ignore mechanics / no PS Check video Guldan ToS Mythic
4) Use items with impossible for them level ToV item M+ item NH item and more / 930 maybe proc maybe not ... (Nethershard)
5) DPS x2 normal player / dps for one player ))))
6) all record TOS ONLY donate (or 90% donate char in raid)
7) all first kill donat.....

Maybe you should cancel the Warforged Titanforged ?
Make blizzlike ilvl for item ? NM 890 NH 910 TOS 930 ?

735 soon and 985 ilvl for donate and 1000 legendary and maybe 85 artifact ....... With each patch, the gap is getting bigger
