shaman throne of the tides artifact quest

Bug description: having a problem with my shaman artifact quest throne of the tides i have completed it once before and got my artifact weps but i did not get acquire sharas'dal marked off to continue on with quest. i then went back to class hall to see if i can start it again and it give me the option to restart scenario again as the server had crashed or something along them lines so i completed it again but becuse i had allready goten my artifact wepons i still could not pick up and mark of acquire sharas'dal wep to move on no i am trying to finish again and i dont have same option as before no way to complete quest i have followed all the quest guides deleted folder disabled addons done every thing i have been told to so any more help or advise would be wonderful

Try abandon quest > delete wow cache folder > retake quest > redo quest
