[COMPLETED] Warrior Glyph not working

Character Name: Ochaa
Item Name & ID: It's a glyph for prot. warrior's intercept..I don't know its ID.

Details: (optional): It's not working and I want my vote points back please. It's supposed to leave a fire trail when the skill Intercept is used but it just doesnt work.

Hope I can get them back :/

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but how am I supposed to do it? I want to take a Heroic Leap glyph . Is this how it works ? I tell you which one I want, and you send it to me? I'm clueless here...
