Bug description: When casting Meteor (Talent) removes Pyretic Incantation (Artifact Trait). Kinda similuar to the recent fix https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Mage-Fire-Pyretic-Incantation-Living-Bomb-t553253.html .

Confirmed, it should not remove PI stacks.
