by another guy got reject before cuz of lack on evidence i guess , but considering to frozen orb uptime in aoe fight like desolate or harjatan , i guess
its a major thing and it need more precision . in any builds of the game (base on 7.2) this buff wasnt 20%.

Unfortunately, you're wrong. Both of your videos from 7.2.5 have old PTR values ("30%"). 2 set has been nerfed on June 13th to "20%", the value that we have currently on freakz.
