Bug description: Tyranny of Pain, new discipline artifact trait, doesent' work at all
Proof: to test simply aggro some mobs, cast Pain suppression on yourself and there isn't any heal coming from this trait

I already reported this a few days ago and Quicksand marked it as fixed so idk.
Will test this tomorrow when I finally got home

Ye still bugged, will move to confirmed and ask where the fix disappeared to (along with pw:radiance issue)

It seems he fixed it only for spell attacks, not for melee hits. Fixed
