Item name / ID : Demonbane Faceguard (Mythic)
Details : Hello to the Staffs and also GM as well as Supporters. I have open a ticket here due to the fact my item disappears after game restart. I don't report much because i also might be accidentally sold this instead of low gear that might have the same appearance icon but i am not sure of it. I don't usually unequip my gears, it's hazy in the night that happened, so i'm not sure/remember if i did unequip the items and sold or might just lost when i relog back.

The transmog is still collected on my Appearances list :
