[Priest][Discipline]Defensive Penance

Bug description: Defensive penance may heal 1 less time. It happens most of the time but not always. It's really harsh in PvP. I also saw a topic that said it happens with "Castigation" talent. But now i have proof that spell doesn't work properly and doesn't matter if u spec into castigation or not. It should heal 3 times. But as u see in video it does 2.

From my exprience, penance not only shot 1 less ball but sometimes it hits 1 extra ball, no matter with talent or without bug still exist.
