Bug description: Set bonus doesn't work when using Expel Harm
Proof: Consuming healing sphere by walking over it lowers the stagger properly, but it doesnt when consuming spheres using Expel Harm spell.
Its really hard to bring proof on that since i didnt find a way to show in combat log the amount of stagger lowered. But lowering stagger also lowers next tick of it and that is shown in combat log.

You can clearly see that after consuming 3 orbs using expel harm the tick from stagger didnt change.
