Bug description: with Terror from below equipped polymorph proccs terror from below and it breaks the polymorph effect.

This is a general issue with proccing spells, where harmfull spells shouldn't proc off of non-harmful effects. You might notice the same issue with just about every damaging trinket proccing off of non-harmful effects like polymorphing and even healing.

Fixed, Terror From Below will no longer proc from breakable-by-damage CC

This is too generic to implement such a mechanic, will most likely break too much correct stuffs
