- Viz'aduum is displaced to its spawn location on phase 2 and 3 and unreachable to attack. When you try to reset via suicide, the boss moves to its original spawn point for the phase, unreachable and not interactable. The key is not doable.

Forlorn spirits and Shrieking Terrors are spawned incorrectly

lower(how it should be:-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7B1Bfjw980M):
-At the begining of lower kara there should be 1 forlorn spawned in your way, on freakz it is not. (0:15)
-2 forlorn and shrieking terror banshees are spawned right in front of the shortcuts so if you die you must go all the way to the opera to get to maiden for example(unlees the entire team wiped so you can clear the way) (25:50)
(on freakz lower kara checkpoints are kinda odd, somewhere there is(maiden, moroes, attumen), somewhere it disappears if you leave its area(opera), according to vidoes there should be no checkpoint at all, instead players supposed to use shortcuts)

upper:
-on freakz the first mob you may meet is a shrieking terror (I dont know if it is supposed to be there but its not as big deal as the lower one), the problem is that often goes through the barrier so you cant kill it but if someone dies and releases it causes problems
-the next 2 forlorn spirit also sometimes go through the walls and the grounds so you cant pull them but later they may cause problems, not to mention the % loss(since most of the trash bugged in the dungeon, you cant really choose to kill other mobs, all killable % is valueable)

Can you pls fix this bug every time someone enters the portal there is a big chance to fall down like you can see in this screenshot

or at least close the dungeon for m+ until you fix it to actually work
btw could not finish the dungeon because we wiped to this bug every time

Upper Karazhan - Falling bug
After killing Mana devourer, party is teleported to another location but I fell under the texture. I tried 2 different times with different party group but same result.

There is 2 most likely incorrectly spawned mob in lower kara, livery stables. Happens on m0 and m+ too, its kinda annoying with sanguine/bolster affix.

Lower Karazhan awards incorrect loot on m+ difficulty:

When you released it it had no loot at all, then you fixed it in such a way that it has the same loot box as upper karazhan. You can easily check this if you do a lower kara key and get loot, on the armory it will show the following loot chest: https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=269871
As you can see it only contains loot from Curator, Shade, Mana dev and from the marvelous Viz aduum which is ok for Upper Kara but incorrect for Lower kara. Lower loot chest should give loot from the 3 opera, moroes, maiden and attumen.
If you check the loot chests on your item finder (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=Challenger%27s+Cache) you can see that only this kara chest exists so Grand Challenger Bounty(the weekly loot box) also cannot give you loot from Lower karazhan cause if it rolls to that dungeon, it will use the above linked chest so acutally the weekly cache has 2x chance to give you loot from upper like that while 0x from lower(and assault on vh which is also missing btw) and 1x from the remaining dungeons.

Nightbane:
-debuff/spells that boss puts on you doesnt clear on leaving the dungeon and affecting open world

To reproduce it: you go in, do the neccessary things to summon nightbane, pull him and after this if you lets say you disband/leave your group while you have ignite soul on you(if lead goes offline while group is not converted to raid there is high chance for this cause its also bugged), you will keep the debuff on leaving the dungeon and will dmg everyone outside when it expires. Same true for the debuff that causes you to spawn skeletons, you acutally going to spawn them in front of the dungeon if you leave it while you have this debuff on yourself or to dalaran if you hs while you have the debuff.
I dont think this would need retail proof, this surely not intended.
