Bug description: in scenario after do it stage 2 back to wyrmrest temple and use return to the present quest not compleated, why?

You need to stop all 8 attacks, not just the four dragonshrines. On top of the temple, there are four portals, you need to go in each of them and stop those four attacks as well.
