world quest problem

Howdy!
I have a problem with world quest!
They have worked very well so far.
I did a first quest after logging in and it worked.
Suddenly, it does not give me complete.
I suffered this in Aszuna.
Then I went to Legion Invasion and I didn't see the elites!
Players who were there saw them fighting with an elite.
The quests appear on the map!
- I rellog.
- I cleared cashe.
- I restarted the laptop
- The circle that told me that I was in the world quest area appeared.
- After I did quest did not give me complete.
Unfortunately, I could not solve anything.
Please, if anyone knows how it can be solved !!!

Your quest log is full, just abandon few quests.
