Wow error BLZ51914003

Hello, i wanted to join freakz today but it seems like i cant connect, according to some posts here, the issue is because of my firewall or ports.
Here's a list of what i tried before posting here asking for help:

- Run as admin (both wow.exe and freakz launcher)
- Flush dns
- Enabling DMZ
- Disabling firewall (windows firewall and router's one)
- Disabling antivirus
- Opening TCP ports (the ones mentioned by Shocker in "WoW Legion client download" post)
- Deleting cache/wtf folders from my wow folder
- Using a VPN to connect
- Using a 4G hotspot to connect on the server (so that i can see if the problem is my ip)
- Restarting computer and router
- Following Juhiz's tutorial ( https://forum.wow-freakz.com/More-solutions-for-login-problems-t519529.html )
- Moving WoW folder to my C:\ (it was on another drive before)
- Running windows in safe mode
None of these worked, any idea? I'm thinking of re downloading wow, but since it will takes a few hours, i'd like to know if someone have any idea how to fix it

edit: just redownloaded wow, and same problem...

In case it can helps, i'm using windows 10 professional 1809

edit2: it appears that i can log in without any problems on my laptop (which is also on windows 10 prol 1809), so i'm pretty sure a 3rd party software is causing this issue on my computer, anyone can confirm please?

Bump, even a build downgrade (from 1909 to 1903) doesnt works


edit: problem solved by reinstalling windows
