[REJECTED] [Quest] Uniting the Isles

Bug description: I completed the quest, but can't turn it in as you can see below on the minimap the "?" is there at Khadgar but I can't turn it in. I also got world quests unlocked somehow and I got the Flight's Master Whistle which is the reward for completing Uniting the Isles but my problem is that I'm not getting any emissary daily quests (those chests, for ex: Court of Farondis, Kirin Tor). I tried deleting the cache folder and getting the launcher again as it was suggested by a gm through the ticket I made.

I abanonded the quest as suggested by Topgun GM and it fixed it.
