DK last quest [The Fourth Horseman] bugged

when I hit last chapter [The Fourth Horseman] the Lich King talks and I need to ress the dk 0/1 Will of the Lich King revealed didnt report me for completed quest.. and I am stuck on this bug.I repeat the quest 7-8 with no party,delete cache,with relogs,wait for server to restart and watch youtube vid how to done it but the 0/1 Will of the Lich King revealed didnt report me for completed quest.I am siting 3 days repeat the quest over and over agean and dont receive any help from GMs.. ty if some 1 help me
