Bug description: When you reach the second boss in Maw of Souls, the boss keeps fighting you for a coulple of minutes, until his HP bar goes to round 70-65%, then it disappears in to the air. Literally.

I've noticed this too. I believe it is related to abilities like Charge. I'm not 100% sure, but I think Death Grip also causes it.

This is exactly what happens when the warrior rushes.
this can occur by the warrior in all situations when rush is used
