WoW Freakz spell link: Chain of Thrayn & The Topless Tower
Bug description: the problem on this item is this 2 things.

1- when The Topless Tower make the Avenging Wrath the spell not proc the Vindicator spell from Weapon

2- When the Chain of Thrayn is EQ on char the Head when Proc the Avenging Wrath it not take the buff of the Waist and same don't make the Vindicator buff, but when use the Avenging Wrath spell from Spell book it make all 3 buffs (Head +Waist +Vindicator)

ez mode Report >>The Avenging Wrath spell (from Legendary Head) = Avenging Wrath Spell (from Spell Book) and it must Proc both of effects from weapon and waist
