So. about the bug. I just recovered this character. 5 days ago I opened the Christmas present located in Stormwind, choosing the serpent-something-something, Everything alright so far. I deleted my Alliance character and recovered this one. Logged in, then went to Orgrimmar. I was able the open the present again and even learn the Dreamgrove.. thinghy. And.. as far as I know I shouldn't be able to have 2 of those gifted mounts. Soooo, I decided to post it here
