Bug description: Rot and Decay not increasing Unstable Affliction's duration ENOUGH.

As you can see in the video, whenever the warlock channels Drain Soul, Unstable Afflictions DO NOT fall off and consistently refreshes back to 6 seconds duration. However, in our server, Unstable Affliction duration increases a little but it gradually falls off despite the full drain soul channel.
