[Dalaran] "Forlorn Filter" Alchemy quest

Bug description: While doing the Alchemy questline, I was at the quest "We need more powder!", done it and went to turn it in to the Alchemy trainer in dalaran, this same trainer should have given me the next quest to continue with the questline which is "Forlorn Filter", Unfortunately there was no quest to be taken from him after turning the previous one in, without this quest it's not possible to continue the questline and acquire the Alchemy recipes, I have opened 4 tickets, one suggested that I would go to Val'sharah and check a NPC that might have the quest because sometime this quest skips, I went there, nothing to click nor a quest to start, last ticket suggested I would report on forum so I am.
I have done each single step right without any mistakes they checked my quests, I would really appreciate assistance. Thank you and have a good day.
