Bug description: I completed the quest Reading the Leaves. When I returned to turn in the quest, the NPC was missing. The NPC Elothir is not there. I waited a week to see if t would reappear and it has not. I dropped the quest thinking it would correct itself and the NPC is still not there. Now I am stuck in the Val'sharah quest line. Please advise.
