Details: (optional) I've been going several times (lfr, nh, hc) and I tried to get this item, but I went with empty hands every time! The quest item never dropped and I also never have seen it dropping for other skinners in the raid! I would like to find a solution if this is possible! Thank you very much!

The item Pestilential Hide of Nythendra drops only on Normal, Heroic and Mythic difficulty, as you can see.

If you're still unable to get the item to drop, please make an item recovery request on our forum. When you do that, post also adequate recent proof that you've killed the bosses without the quest item dropping.
