Details: (optional) : I have had this item for more than 3 months now and it just dissapeared and its a BIS ring.I used the recover missing items and its there but when i press to recover it says invalid item. https://imgur.com/a/TkKxwFK
Can i please get it back.It is not something that just dropped.
