Bug description: well depending on patch notes there should be some changes to dh on 7.3 but after test didnt find any after playing on ptr

as u see the demon bite and mastery must change but it didnt and the minor damage change for demon bite is from more ilvl on me in 7.3

Please provide better proof.

The screenshots you took are very small and the tooltip can't be read properly.
Also don't test with different gear. If you're making comparisons it has to be the same gear or a naked char on proof for both 7.2.5 and live PTR.

Also I found that chaos damage's base is 12% on our 7.2.5 and that is a incorrect value.
This is my naked char from 7.2.5 and on PTR it also shows the base is 12%.

So right now, Mastery: Demonic Presence works correctly as patch notes say.




Now regarding Demon's Bite, it also works as intended with correct values.
