Bug description: Soul Fragments are spawned around you making it hard to predict how to move around , they should have a drop animation like on 7.2.5 it was working perfectly fine.Both Havoc and Veng are affected by this animation bug.

Confirmed.

Soul Fragments don't have the animation of them shattering/dropping, instead they just get spawned around.

Fixed. The animation was restored and this time it also supports Glyph of Fel Touched Souls.
