Why isn't versality working?

Hi,

I'm a druid, versatility is supposed to do this.

Increase damage and healing done by X ( amount of versa you have ) and decreased damage by Versa/2

That means if I got 10 versa I get 10% more dmg and heal and 5 reduced damaged.

But at 10 versa I get the same healing done, at 20% same healing done at 30% same healing done? at 40% same healing?

and mastery gives healing received and it works all fine but at versa it doesn't work.

I thought versa was supposed to increase healing done but it doesn't.
