[FIXED] [PvE] Enemy force % on m+

Bug description: All dungeons give way too much enemy force. In most of the dungeons you can finish enemy force at least by the 2nd boss without any pointless pull.

Download this addon (Method Dungeon Tools) and check it like that, last time I checked it was working correctly.

Keep in mind that we are working on Teeming and ignore it for now.

If I set the pulls I made on that CoEN 6 teeming:

I get 175 mob out of 335, now on the picture I have 89% with these pulls, to have 89% I should have pulled 3.35*89=298.15 which is insane number if more than half of the dungeon to go with 2(!) miniboss and I did not even killed Dul'zak because he did not aggro.

on 1st boss(12:40) they have ~60%, considering the fact that they pulled much more mob than me(since I skiped Dul'zak and the pack waiting you on the first stair) but they have much less % something may not be ok here.

I dont know if it was because of teeming, but on a maw 10 for example which was with sang volc fortified the following happens:

Addon says, with these pulls I should have 90 out of 150 on Harbaron yet in the reality I have 79.33% which is 1.5*79.33=118.995 again much higher than it supposed to be.

(9:35 is harbaron) They did kinda similar pulls(+/- 10 %, surely not more) but their % is far less than on the picture.

So if I understood everything correctly then in these two dungeons mobs are giving way too much % for sure.
