[REJECTED] [7.3.5][Hunter] Beast Mastrey lower damage in 7.3.5. then 7.2.5

Bug description: The tooltip shows lower damage on 7.3.5. then the ones in 7.2.5, except for cobra shot, but that spell had a change log in 7.3, the others did not. I have exactly the same gear on each servers, with no leggos.

Ok, so being frustrated with the low dps i made some tests. I have a low 804 hunter with no sets, no leggos and no concordance. I got to the stormwind dummy and made tests. I dps until 200 milion and the results are:
- for 7.2.5 i did tree tests :239,8 k, 246,3k and 243,5 k dps

I fired the old simulatincraft and got for an 800 sec fight with no bufs (it took me about 800 sec to get to 200 milions on dummy) and i got for 7.2.5 a 230165 dps sim and for 7.3.5 a 246874 dps sim. As you can see the the sim for 7.3.5 is higher than that for 7.2.5 for EXACTLY the same gear, but the results at dummy are lower on 7.3.5 then the one for 7.2.5. I spend at the dummy 14, 5 minutes for each 7.3.5 try and about 13,5 minutes for each 7.2.5 try.

For any other screen shots and info please contact me and i will upload it. The dps diffrence is also apparent for my 959 hunter, but unfortunatly i already opened the relics on the one in ptr, so they are not the same to do test on them.

After another set of testing,it seems the Kill Command is one of the causes of the low dps. I have made anoter sim, this time one without Bestial Wrath or Aspect of the Wild, to get a more accurate result, only normal and crit hits.
The sim looks like: Kill Command (cat) 26677 14.1% 55.7 7.73sec 205662 0 Direct 55.7 158622 317244 205643 29.7%
So it seems the damage shoud be 158622 on a normal hit and 317244 on a crit. My tooltip is showing a damage of 151142 damage. But the skada results only show a damage of 145,5 k on hit and 293,1 k on crit.

Problem 2: Deathstrike Venom 53468 4.0% 27.9 15.48 sec 115214 0 Direct 27.9 96150 192300 115154 19.8%
Hit of 96150 in normal and 192300 in crit in sim. But only 70k normal and 140 k cit on dummy.

Problem 3: the beast attack seems to be a little lower then on sim, not much, but still important, because with stomp this attack is one of our most important dps gain. On sim it is
22031 on normal hit and 44062 on crit, on dummy 21,8 k on normal, and 43,6 on crit.

Another thing i noticed regarding the sneaky snake from Cobra Commander https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=238123. The sim has 344 seconds and 112 cobra shots. The sneaky snake has 241 hits in this interval. The Deathstrike Venom part has 27 hits. In my dummy test i have 115 cobra shots, and 22 Deathstrike Venom so approximately the same. BUT i only have 108 sneaky hits (lower than half) . So i think there is something wrong with the number of attacks the snake does to the target until it disappears. In my tests it hits the target only 4 times in the 6 seconds they are spawned. I think they should hit 6 times.

Yep, did some tests. on 7.2.5 it hits for 6 times, not 4 times like on 7.3.5... So any gm looking at this or not????? At least to tell me that everything works as intended and i am just a noob..

I'm gonna take a look at Kill Command and the other things you mentioned, just for your info about the overall damage, the dummies now have more armor than in 7.2.5(30%, was 25%), also in 7.2.5 the attack power seemed to not scale correctly, you can see that in your screenshots

Made an update. I did some wq, and upgraded my hunter to 876 ilvl.
Did the same, started simcraft, upload the profile, and sim it.

Kill Comand:
Sim result: Kill Command (cat) 51784 14.2% 85.1 7.06sec 365143 0 Direct 85.1 262195 524389 365095 39.3%
Dummy result: Instead of 262195 / 524389 damage : only 236k / 472,1K , so a minus of at least 26k per normal hit, and 52k at crit.

Dire beast melee:
sim:dire_beast_melee (dire_beast) 45328 9.8% 215.1 1.30sec 46969 28093 Direct 215.1 36416 72832 46968 29.0%
Dummy: instead of 36,4 / 72,8k i got 35,1/70,3k

Deathstrike Venom:

Dummy: instead of 158,9 / 317,8k i got 115,2/230,3k

Hmm. also something seems to be wrong with the Claw pet attack:
Sim:Claw 20195 5.5% 93.9 3.00sec 60224 59954 Direct 93.9 43415 86652 60231 38.9%
Dummy: Normal hit :23,8-47,6 k hit, crit: 47,6-95,3k . Average on sim is 43415 normal and 86652 on crit, but on dummy is 29,2 and 59,9k.
The average on sim is 60,2 k, but on dummy its only 40,7 k...

Later Edit: The number of attacks for the snakes seem to be fixed, they hit 6 times now, not only 4 times.

The damage for Cobra Shot, Volley, Auto shot, pet normal attack, Titan's Thunder, stomp are exactly the same on sim as they are on dummy, so the sim is working. The things that do not work are about a 10% dps loss so plese confirm and fix. The kill command one should be considered game-braking, as it is the main DPS ability for a bm hunter. Like aimed shot for mm. This also makes the Jaws of Thunder relics https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=197162 (wowhead link), witch are supposed to be bis for bm hunter no so good, as the damage is less then it should be.

I think i found the cause of the low dps of Deathstrike Venom.
1: Hotfix (2017-04-10): "Cobra Commander's Sneaky Snakes (Artifact trait) damage increased by 25%."

dps on dummy+25%+10% is exactly the damage in the sim
115,2+28,8+14,4= tamtamtam 158,4 so preatty close to the 158,9 in the sim.

The weird part is, if i take 10% of the kill command in the sim, i get exactly the damage on the dummy 262k-26K=236K. EXACTLY........ So it seems there is a 10% nerf somewhere????

Bring me solid proof of formulas on how it worked on Retail, don't take the 7.2.5 as an example because there was quite a hefty amount of bugs regarding BM back then. Not taking Simc as the proof because it's not enough. Bisnitaru up above you mentioned the armor being changed. And yet he still takes the test from 7.2.5 into calculation.
