Bug description: All monsters + bosses in dungeons have way too much HP. On average bosses have 2.4x - 3x as much HP as they should. Trash seems to be around 2x, at least on mobs that're scaled to their proper level, some are 110.

Bosses in dungeons seem to be taking 53% or so less damage than what it says you're doing, or they have 53% more than what is actually being displayed.
New Moon on Archdruid Glaidalis did 572K but the boss lost 306K HP.

The four mini bosses before Skovald in Halls of Valor are all Skulls as well with 27m? HP each. No Picture [ Really Can't be bothered to kill Fenryr again ]

Fenryr for example has 124M HP and is a skull on phase 1.

Neltharion's Lair trash is pretty much all level 110 and hits extremely hard.
