Details: (optional) Today, at about 10:50 pm server time, I was in Firelands 10man Heroic at Ragnaros, when the mount dropped, along with 2 other items. I managed to loot the first item and the mount, but when I tried to loot the 3rd item, it didn't let me and shortly after, wow crashed (i actually saw the mount in my second bag, second spot on the bottom row). When it came back, i was up the stairs, the boss was dead, but no mount in my bags. Please help me to retrieve this item.

Edit: If it is not possible to get the mount back, at least please remove it from my unique loot, so I can start farming for it again.

You would be able to get it again
