[REJECTED] 7.3.5 [Druid][Feral] Regrowth incorrect tooltip and healing amount

Bug description:

- Incorrect tooltip values (all 0) and incorrect amount healed, way lower than what it should be.

- Also, the last healing tick of the HoT component seems to tick a second time for a much lower amount (tested with 0 haste)

Are you sure about the 0% haste? Can't see it on the screenshot and night elf racial gives 1% during the night, so I'm pretty sure that last tick is just that.

I did the maths, assuming you have 1% haste, the heal at the end should be 44, exactly as shown screenshot, so that last tick is just because of the racial.

Due to a recent issue some spells may have behaved incorrectly, this should be fine now, i tested it while the issue lasted, and right now after it got mended.
At the moment the ability is working correctly and as it should.

Please check again if the ability is still healing for half of it's value and reply here with whatever you may find, i will leave this post open for 24h and then close it as [Rejected] since this was a temporary general issue that lasted less than a day.
