Game froze and disconnect after i enter on char (the char is in dalaran)

Bug description: I log in char and the game disconnects
So this is how it wents. I log in on my warior, and did a quest for the order hall campaing. I needed to defeat helya and i went to maw and when i went dont on the path, my game froze and dc. i put my pass, enter the game on war and the same thing happend again, i did the unstuck and the same issue. I said, np cuz was my alt, but than i played with my main paladin.I did a m11 hov, it got depleted but we end it. I tped back to dalaran and the game crashed with the same situation. I did unstuck them all, i redownload the launcher, i did delete and move the chache, i deleted the build folder, nothing happend. the thing is that i get this bugg only on the chars that are in dalaran. like, my shaman is in the orderhallroom and he is ok, i can move it and play it.
2. 1 other thing i saw. At warrior campaing, u need to do 3 mission, is a quest to do 3 missions on that panel. I did lost one of them but i set the mision as complet, but my folower did not had the victory on that mision(https://www.wowhead.com/mission=1379/lost-at-sea). i said i will complete it after but itdespaeared.

"WOW51900323" indicates that your game files are damaged in the zones you encounter the problem in.

You can unstuck your character on our website in order to play again, however, you will continue to experience the streaming error until you use a woking game client.

If you still have the torrent file, open your torrent client, right-click the torrent and perform a re-check of files. (Wording may differ depending on your torrent client.)

If you no longer have it, you will need to redownload the game through our torrent from our website.

I recommend to always keep a working backup of the game client, so you can quickly create another copy in case something goes wrong.
