[Druid][Balance] Fury of Elune.

Bug description: The beam should follow the target but it doesen't. When i cast it it stays for aprox 1,2 seconds then it dissapears
Proof: Can test it. Maybe on 7.3.5 will be fixed

The beam should not follow any target, as a matter of fact its stationary unless you ''cast it'' again to tell it ''where to go''.

Incidently, this is currently bugged, and the beam will ''teleport'' instead of travel.

As for the duration, are you testing it correctly?, for me it works as it should, it will consume Astral Power as it is meant to and when empty the ability will dissapear.
Maybe you are confused with the BFA version of Fury of Elune, which will automatically follow enemies and lasts 8 seconds while generating Astral Power (A polar opposite to how it works in Legion).
