[REJECTED] 7.3.5 Profession Skinning

When skinning in the PTR I was checking out some of the different impacts of the patch. lower skins dropping for instance (max of 12 down to a max of 6). I came across an interesting thing. When looting certain mobs, and then skinning them, specifically Bristlback bears they no longer drop any leather despite being skinned. Something I would like you to look in to. Thank you.

Please provide correct links of the NPC's, because first of all there are no NPC's named "Bristlback bears", it's either Bristlefur Bear or Bristleback Thorncaller. Also provide proof to your report. Ingame proof and how it should be vs database.
I've tested the Bristlefur Bears and was able to receive the correct amounts (1-2 as database says) of Stonehide Leather from skinning them.
