WoW Freakz link: Emissary of War(legion dungeon event quest)
Bug description: Not working, it appeared on PTR but cannot be completed(no progress, no requirement, no loot, you cant even turn it in but it is show with a "?" which means you can turn it in) also it is/was Bg event. It looks like weekend quests are also random and dont match the actual events.
